Day Eight

Proverbs 8:6-8
Listen, for I will speak of excellent things, and from the opening of my lips will come right things; for my mouth will speak truth; wickedness is an abomination to my lips. All the words of my mouth are with righteousness; nothing crooked or perverse is in them.

MI: Wise people speak what is excellent, true, and righteous.

AI: I recognize that what I say is as important as what I do. Today I will put off gossip, lying, vulgarity, and perversion and put on speech that honors God. In addition, I will be careful to follow through on my commitments. I will be conscious of the fact that every word I speak is heard by the God of all creation.
